We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery only if:
- The item has not been used
- All original items, materials, and packaging are included
- The product is returned in its original condition
Used or partially used craft kits are not eligible for return.
Blind Box Items
Blind box items are final sale unless defective or damaged.
Returns for blind boxes are only accepted if there is a valid issue such as:
- Damaged item
- Missing components
- Incorrect item sent
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as “didn’t get what I wanted.”
Return Process
To complete a return:
- Contact us at hellotutusc@gmail.com with your order number / information
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the product back to the address provided
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
